Joint Accreditation (JA) Standards for Integrity and Independence in Accredited Continuing Education require accredited providers to maintain full control over all aspects of educational activities, including identification of educational needs, learning objectives, faculty selection, content development, and outcomes evaluation. Commercial support, including educational grants, sponsorships, exhibit fees, and in-kind support, must be managed in a manner that preserves the independence of the educational activity and prevents any influence from ineligible companies. This form is used to notify the Accredited Education Team of proposed commercial support, initiate the compliance review process, and document adherence to Joint Accreditation requirements.
